Car Boot Sale
Sunday May 20th 2007, Matford Market
Many thanks to the 11 volunteers who were willing to give up their Sunday morning (and miss out on a trip to Wembley) to help marshall at the car boot sale. Their efforts raised a whopping £625 towards the new kitchen.
Sylvania Community Party

To celebrate our new lease, and to thank all of those who had helped us out during our transitional period, we held a gala afternoon of family fun. A full write-up is to follow, but suffice to say that a good time was had by all, and we raised over £250 towards improving the Hall's facilities.
EDF Energy "Helping Hands"
August 2006
We were very lucky to be chosen to benefit from EDF's "Helping Hands" programme, where their employees spend the day helping out with community programmes. Several areas of the Hall needed a fresh coat of paint, not least the toilets, and EDF's many hands certainly made "light work" of the task!
Mums from our toddler group were on hand to dispense tea and thanks, and a good time was had by all!
